Straight-tooth and helical gears
We carry out hobbing from 0.15 to 1.5 modules in every type of material, thermal and surface treatments are available on request. Outer diameters: from min.  2mm to max. 50mm. We can carry out up to three synchronized gear-cutting tasks on the same part also with different modules, crown gears or special profiles. Furthermore, we can manufacture small, medium-sized and large production batches by means of automatic loaders.

Worm screws
Milling from 0.3 to 1.5 modules in every type of material. Further thermal and surface treatments are available on request.
We can produce up to max. Six –start worm screws also with a ground profile..

Belt pulleys
Produced in different materials and complete with thermal or surface treatments (on request).
Our company can deliver finished products complete with containment flanges.

Geared Motors 
Planetary gears (“Azure” series, diam. 22, 28, 35 and 42) according to customer’s specifications, supplied with a standard motor or with step gears torques from 0.5 to 8 Nm.
Gearboxes with spur gear heads (“Azure” or “Red” series), available with a CC or an AC motor with a variable torque between 1.5 and 20. Nm.
